Botanical Concrete

Botanical concrete is the aromatic waxy extract obtained from flowers, leaves or other botanical raw materials through solvent extraction. It contains essential oils, natural waxes and valuable aromatic compounds, making it the primary raw material for producing premium botanical absolutes with high fragrance quality.

Ethanol Dissolution

The botanical concrete is dissolved in high-purity ethanol under carefully controlled temperature conditions. This step separates the aromatic compounds from the waxes while preparing the solution for the following purification stages and maximizing extraction efficiency.

Controlled Cooling

The ethanol solution is gradually cooled to low temperatures, allowing natural waxes and heavy impurities to crystallize. Accurate temperature control is essential for preserving delicate aromatic molecules while improving the purity of the final product.

Wax Filtration

After cooling, the crystallized waxes are removed using precision filtration equipment. This process produces a clean aromatic solution with significantly reduced wax content, ensuring excellent clarity and consistent product quality.

Vacuum Ethanol Recovery
