Every rotary extraction system starts as a 3D model. Designing the full layout first lets us and the customer check sizes, access and pipe routes before we cut a single sheet of steel.
Layout in 3D
The 3D layout shows the extractor drums, evaporator, condensers and storage tanks in their final positions. The customer can see how the line fits the building and where operators will stand.
From model to machine
Once the customer approves the design, the same model guides production. The finished rotary extraction system matches the layout the customer signed off.
