In a static basket extractor, the plant material stays still while the solvent moves through it. The baskets and trays decide how evenly the solvent reaches every flower, so they are designed with the same care as the vessel itself.
Perforated baskets and trays
Stacked perforated trays spread the flowers in thin layers. The solvent passes through each layer and drains freely, which gives a consistent extraction from top to bottom.
Fitting the basket into the vessel
The full basket is lifted into the extraction vessel and lifted out again after the cycle. A good fit between basket and vessel keeps the solvent flow even.
