Cold pressing is the simplest way to turn seeds, nuts and kernels into oil without heat or solvents. Alongside our distillation and extraction systems, Dünder Makine builds stainless steel cold press oil machines for small and medium producers who want to add pressed oils to their range.

How a cold press oil machine works
- The operator fills the hopper with clean, dry seeds.
- A screw shaft pulls the seeds forward and presses them against a narrowing chamber.
- Oil flows out through the press cage while the pressed cake leaves from the end of the screw.
- The oil is collected in a tray and then filtered before bottling.

Why choose cold pressing?
- No heat: the oil keeps its natural aroma, colour and nutrients.
- No solvents: the process is clean and easy to explain to customers.
- Simple operation: one operator can run the machine after short training.
- Flexible raw materials: suitable for many seeds and nuts, such as sesame, black seed, almond and walnut.
